Refund Policy

All purchases are final and potential refunds or reimbursements will be handled on a case by case basis only if:

  • Item(s) is/are undelivered

  • Item(s) is/are damaged, ripped, torn, or broken

  • Customer is unsatisfied with item quality

Other situations may be taken into account, but all returns are subject to Rainy Lion Owner's discretion as well as the refund policies listed on our manufacturing partner's sites (Printful, Printify, etc.).
